We're looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer who treats the browser like a craft surface — someone who ships interfaces that feel inevitable, fast, and obsessively detailed. You'll own the frontend architecture across our client work and internal platform, working shoulder-to-shoulder with designers and SEO strategists.
What you'll do
- Architect and build high-performance, accessible interfaces in React and Next.js.
- Own Core Web Vitals across projects — push LCP, CLS, and INP into the green.
- Translate bold design systems into production-grade, token-driven components.
- Collaborate with SEO engineers to ship technically-sound, crawlable, fast pages.
- Mentor mid-level engineers and raise the bar on code review.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years building production frontends with React; deep Next.js App Router experience.
- Fluent in modern CSS, design tokens, and animation (Framer Motion / CSS).
- A track record of measurable performance and accessibility wins.
- Strong product instincts — you care about how it feels, not just that it works.
